KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 25 (Bernama) -- Malaysia's largest white coffee cafe
chain, OldTown White Coffee, won the Franchisor of the Year and
International Franchisor of the Year 2012 awards from the Malaysian
Franchise Association (MFA).

The awards were bestowed at the Malaysia Franchise Awards 2012 ceremony held recently.
Currently, OldTown White Coffee is Malaysia's largest halal-certified
white coffee chain with 60 per cent of its outlets certified halal.
It plans to achieve 100 per cent Jakim halal recognition and certification by the end of this year.
The coffee chain operation revenue has increased close to 269.9 per
cent over the past five years and has grown at a Compound Annual Growth
Rate (CAGR) of 38.7 per cent over the past four years as the company
embarked on aggressive franchise expansion plans.
