KANGAR, Nov 4 (Bernama) -- The Raja Muda of Perlis, Tuanku Syed
Faizuddin Putra Jamalullail has suggested that the community colleges
set up entrepreneurial hubs to enable entrepreneurs and future
entrepreneurs to obtain accurate information on business and the
economy.

He said the community colleges should also be providing comprehensive
training to new entrepreneurs to enhance their business skills and
knowledge.
"These efforts will help produce more successful entrepreneurs in this
country," the Raja Muda said when closing the National-Level Community
Colleges Entrepreneurial Challenge 2012 for the Higher Education
Minister's Trophy at Dataran Dato' Sheikh Ahmad, here, Sunday.
Tuanku Syed Faizuddin said entrepreneurship was an important field as
it could help reduce poverty, besides boosting economic growth.
"Although the number of new entrepreneurs has increased, many are not
successful due to their lack of experience and know-how in business," he
said.
