Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the Government needed to reevaluate if a maximum of eight sales a year was a good idea.

“We have to study this in terms of the pros and cons for consumers. Holding a sale is not an issue for businesses, but the consumers may get confused if there are too many sales going on,” he said at a press conference here.
