KOTA BAHARU, Dec 11 (Bernama) -- Many talented entrepreneurs from
Kelantan are migrating to other states to find better business
opportunities as business prospects in this state are grossly lacking,
International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed
said Tuesday.

Armed with a steely business acumen, strong determination and hardwork,
they have become successful businessmen in other states, he said.
"I'm proud of them. Waherever I go, I meet Kelantanese entrepreneurs
who are doing business in other states such as in the Kuala Lumpur
Federal Territory, Melaka, Johor, Sabah and Sarawak.
"This happens because other states are developing rapidly and are
creating ample jobs and business opportunities (for their people)," he
told reporters after opening the Kelantan Entrepreneurs' Symposium.
Going forward, Mustapa said Kelantanese entrepreneurs would also move to fast-developing states such as Johor and Melaka.
