The 5th Annual Malaysia congress, endorsed by the International Trade
and Industry Ministry, will be held at Setia City Convention Centre on
July 3.
Malaysia SME Chief Executive Officer, Wayne Lim, said SMEs make up 99
per cent of the total business establishments in Malaysia.
He said spurred by the numerous issues facing the SMEs, Malaysia SME
Congress created a platform to inspire and motivate them towards greater
local and international success.
"With its focus on the growing entertainment segment, the congress will
be introducing three new speakers, who grew their businesses to
international recognition.
"We want the speakers to come and share their success stories to
motivate and inspire other SMEs," Lim told reporters after the launch of
Malaysia SME Congress 2013 here today.
Lim said the congress would be featuring Irene Ang, in her capacity as
the founder and Chief Executive Officer of FLY Entertainment in
Singapore.
"Other prominent speakers include Datin Seri Tiara Jacquelina Abdullah, Managing Director of Enfiniti Production," he added.
