Hospitality Entertainment Solution is expected to contribute positively
to the business of small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

Its Executive Vice President for SME, Azizi A Hadi said TM has always
been committed to empowering Malaysian SMEs and aspired to become their
preferred communications and solutions partner in Malaysia.
"Our SME-based customers have grown steadily, from 485,000 in early last year, to about 510,000 customers at present.
"Our aim is to be a one-stop business solutions provider with a
comprehensive range of tools to help businesses grow," he told reporters
after the launch of the solution here, today.
The solution is beneficial to retreat owners, resort owners/operators,
hospitals, apartments, condominiums and any high tenancy building, that
requires wired/wireless internet access and uninterrupted TV viewing via
TM's IPTV service HyppTV.
"With the Hospitality Entertainment Solution, our subscribers can focus
more on their core daily activities, and leave the technical operations
of their entertainment offering to us," Azizi said.
The launch of the Hospitality Entertainment Solution was held in conjunction with the one-day TM SME BizFest.
Themed, "Expanding Further", the TM SME BizFest 2013 is targeted at the
mass SME market comprising micro and small markets, including those
operating businesses from home.
Among the highlights of the event are business networking sessions,
seminars by icons and a wide range of ICT solutions on exhibition by TM
and its business partners.
Azizi said SMEs will be able to empower their businesses through
knowledge sharing and acquisition, while interacting and networking
among themselves and TM at the event.
"TM is committed to becoming a major catalyst for local SMEs, taking
them to the next level in the value chain and achieving a competitive
edge, while leveraging on our diverse and comprehensive ICT solutions as
well as extensive nationwide network," he added.
Klang Valley is the second venue of the three-venue leg for SME BizFest 2013, after Johor Baharu last month.
