State Rural, Entrepreneurial and Cooperative Development Committee chairman Datuk Mohamed Awang Tera
said the state government, through the Terengganu Entrepreneurial
Development Foundation, would scout for a location for the restaurant.
“On
Oct 31, representatives from government departments and agencies would
attend an international cooperative conference and seminar in
Manchester.
“While there, we will take the opportunity to identify a place and its feasibility,” he said yesterday.
Mohamed
was confident the restaurant would receive a positive response in
London, considering the large number of Malaysians residing there.
Last month, a T-Kafe restaurant serving Terengganu food was opened in Perth, Australia. - Bernama
