PETALING JAYA, July 10 (Bernama) -- Cosry Purple Label, a Malay
traditional clothes boutique, aims to make about RM39,000 in sales
during this year's Hari Raya season.
Cosry Ventures Sdn Bhd's Director, Najmie Noordin, said the company
expects to sell all the clothings in the boutique, which are solely
designed by Putra Aziz, Cosry's head of design.
Due to demand from overseas, the company also intends to expand its
market to Abu Dhabi, which will be its first market in the Middle East
due to demand from the country, and Brunei, Najmie told Bernama after
the boutique launch event here, Tuesday.
He said the company would start exploring the Middle East countries with Abu Dhabi as the first market mid next year.
The next target market will be Brunei where there is high purchasing power, he said.
He said the company had also invested RM500,000 to RM1 million on its boutique.
The company's boutique was first set up in Shah Alam in 2004, before it was moved to The Curve in Mutiara Damansara here.
Among its collections are "baju kurung", "jubah","kebaya" as well as in-house designed accessories.
