"We need a strong government to create business opportunities and we are
willing to discuss regarding policies and help the government.
"We also hope these policies can be implemented through proper channels
and brought up in Parliament," PPIPBM President Datuk Ab Rahim Abu Bakar
told reporters at a press conference here Thursday.
Ab Rahim said as a non-governmental organisation, PPIPBM still believes
that Malaysians are still strong in the face of all the challenges, and
should unite to become stronger.
"Our organisation would like to congratulate most of the voters and
Malaysian citizens who still have faith in Barisan Nasional and given
our beloved Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak the opportunity to become
our leader and continue to serve and give Malaysians the best," Ab Rahim
added.
PPIPBM was established in 1987 to consolidate and integrate all manufacturing industry entrepreneurs and service sector natives.
It is actively involved in the development of small and medium
enterprises in accordance with the programmes undertaken by the
government, such as market development, human resource development,
research and development, finance and business networking.
