KUALA TERENGGANU, April 25 (Bernama) -- The Federal Agriculture
Marketing Authority (FAMA) Terengganu has succeeded in grooming 248
entrepreneurs for the small and medium industry in the state in the past
seven years.

Its state director, Hasan Jusoh, said most of the entrepreneurs were
involved in food and drink sector and seven among them had capital of
over RM1 million.
"All the entrepreneurs under Fama's guidance can be considered successful," he told Bernama here Thursday.
Hasan said last year the sales of these entrepreneurs were estimated at over RM36 million.
He said this year, Fama planned to groom four 1Malaysia Best entrepreneurs.
Hasan said Fama planned to hold a carnival for primary industry produce in Kemaman.
"The objectives are to introduce and promote the produce of the local entrepreneurs.
"It will also serve as an avenue for the entrepreneurs to widen their market," he said.
